Broombridge Business Centre has fully serviced offices ,workspaces & storage units available to rent on short flexible lease terms. We are based about 15/20 min�s from the airport and 10/15 min�s from Dublin city centre on Dublin�s North side.
The Centre is beside the Broombridge Station which takes you to Connolly station in 10 min or the Docklands station in 12 min�s. This could be very useful to your workers in terms of access to the office and in addition we provide free car parking on site.
The Centre provides an easy property service with units offered on flexible terms. You only pay for what you use and your monthly fee covers all the costs of the operation of the units, this reduces your administration costs and reduces management time spent on property management.
We have offices from 70 sq ft to 580 sq ft; all the offices are fully fitted with desks, chairs, telephones and broadband internet connection, we have meeting rooms and lounge areas and I hope the aspects you would need to run a business professionally here on site.
