The Swan Shopping Centre is located on Rathmines Road in the Heart of Rathmines, Dublin 6. It is anchored by Dunnes Stores which is currently in the process of being refurnished. There is a good mix of tenants within the centre providing ladies fashion, homewares, Dubray Books, John Adams hairdressers, Holland and Barrett, McDonalds and Xtravision to name a few. Furthermore the recent opening of the Swan Cinemas at first floor level has brought a huge increase to the levels of footfall within the centre.
