The Teagasc Food Research Centre is based at Ashtown, Dublin 15. The Teagasc Food Research programme covers four areas - food safety, meat technology, prepared consumer foods and food market research. There is also a specialist food industry training programme available. The innovation team at the Teagasc Food Research Centre, in conjunction with the Teagasc Food Research Centre, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co Cork provides focused technology transfer and support services to food businesses. We can help bridge the gap between research and food innovation. Our innovation services include product innovation, NPD, sensory analysis, shelf-life testing, technical training and consultancy.
